Casual yet elegant, the Restaurant focuses on local ingredients, with an offer of both Peruvian classics as well as international favorites, where flavor takes precedent.
In the morning, guests can choose an “a la carte” hot option in addition to the buffet breakfast with fresh fruit, juices, breads and more. In the evenings, the Restaurant offers an innovative menu combining both Peruvian classics and fusion. During the afternoon, the bar and terrace is open all day for lunch and snacks with both Peruvian and international options.
