Luxury Boutique Hotel in the Sacred Valley of Peru. Perfect base to visit Machu Picchu and explore Cusco and the Sacred Valley of Peru

About Us

Andenia was founded out of a combined love of gastronomy, travel and entrepreneurship. Mary Moses, Michael Moldauer and Michel Seiner are the founders and owners of Andenia, as well as Mercado 28, Peru’s first group of food halls in Lima.

Michel and Michael met while working in Acurio Restaurantes (the restaurant group of Peru's most famous chef, Gaston Acurio) and Mary worked for more than 10 years in tourism, for an international tour operator, that brought her from Vietnam to Peru. Michel, Mary and Michael met when they started working together to open Mercado 28 and they decided that their combined experience in restaurants and tourism would be a good match for a hotel. Andenia was born when they first visited the space and fell in love with the location and the gardens and decided that it was the perfect spot for their first hotel venture.
