Andenia is located in the Sacred Valley, located between Cusco and Machu Picchu. The Sacred Valley offers the advantage that it has a lower altitude than Cusco - 9,500 ft (2,900m) compared to 11,000 ft (3,400m), making it a good place to option to acclimate or as an alternative to Cusco.
